There are several ways to contact a financial coach (though they may be called something different depending on your organization's settings) depending on you organization's settings and what features are enabled.
Messaging in the Platform
Click on the photo of your financial coach in the bottom right corner of your main dashboard to chat with your financial coach. Alternatively, you can click the bell icon in the top right corner, then click 'Messages'. In either case, a messaging window will pop up and you can start typing. If your financial coach is online they can respond immediately, otherwise you'll be alerted when they see the message and respond at a later time.
Scheduling an appointment
To schedule an appointment with your financial coach, click on the photo of your financial coach in the bottom right corner of your main dashboard, or the bell icon in the top right corner of the platform. Click on 'Appointments', then 'Schedule a New Appointment'. Fill in the prompts and select your desired date and time, then click 'Confirm Appointment'.
