Questis only allows verified users to access the platform.
When a ticket is submitted to the Questis support team from a user who needs help logging in, we use the email associated with the ticket to locate the user’s profile. Information on the user’s profile, such as mobile phone number, birthdate, and address may be used for verification if available.
In certain scenarios where we are unable to verify user identity, the ticket will be forwarded to their System Administrator.
