Release Update - May 14, 2021

These release notes detail code changes made to the Questis production environment with the 4/30/21 and 5/14/21 deployments.

NEW

Registration QR Code

• QRM users now have the ability to download a QR code version of organizations’ direct links. These can then be embedded in pamphlets, posters and other promotional materials to allow users easy ability to self register for your program. Keep an eye out for a separate announcement detailing this functionality and the various ways your program can use it to maximize potential.

Resend Welcome Email

• On unregistered user profiles in the QRM a new card is available with a button to ‘Resend Welcome Email’. QRM users of all roles can easily retrigger individual welcome emails with this feature, which applies to all user roles (participant and QRM).

Send from Launch Date

• Email campaigns can now be scheduled based on an organization’s launch date. If a Launch Date is not yet set on an organization, you will be able to do so from the Email Campaign configuration. Email campaigns scheduled based on Launch Date can be sent only to users within the organization that you are configuring the Email Campaign from.

IMPROVED

Email Campaigns

• A dropdown selection for Employment Status has been added to the User Query when configuring an Email Campaign. This replaces the freeform text field, making this query setting more intuitive and user friendly.

Template Filters

• Logic has been added to save filters on email campaigns and templates so that you can back out of a template or campaign to the main view of either and see that any filters you'd previously set are still displayed.

Logo Upload

• On organization profiles where logos can be uploaded, the nav bar logo dynamically populates with the background color if a custom platform header color has been set.

Resource Categories

• Resource cards have been updated to display a maximum of three categories. Resources associated with more than three categories will reflect that there are more categories that are not displayed.

iFramed Resources

• The iFrame size on resources has been expanding to maximize available space when viewing within the platform.

Goals Report

• The percentage complete column on the exported Goals Report is rounded to align with the QRM UI display of this data.

FIXED

Email Opt Outs

• A bug in which email opt settings at public URL did not align with email opt out settings within user profile.

Deactivated Organizations

• An IE specific bug in which the toggle to view deactivated organizations was not clickable has been fixed.

Email Template Editor

• In an effort to address unexpected platform timeouts due to inactivity, logic has been added to listen for activity within the email template editor and only timeout if the user’s session is inactive both inside and outside of the editor.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

As Internet Explorer will no longer be supported by Microsoft, effective August 17, 2021 users will no longer be able to access the Questis platform via Internet Explorer. An attempt to reach a Questis login page after that date using Internet Explorer will route to a page advising of this, as well as a list of compatible browsers.
