Goal Completion Email: Encourage participant re-engagement
- A new email template with a default subject of ‘Goal Completed’ has been added to support the enhanced goals feature. This email is sent to participants when a Goal they have created in the platform reaches 100% (i.e. completion). As with other platform emails, the text of this email template is configurable. Contact your Customer Success representative to request changes to the default text of this new email template.

Report Menus
- Organization reports have been bucketed into four categories to provide a cleaner view and easier location for QRM users.
Marketing/Platform Update Email Source Inheritability
- Both transactional and marketing email addresses are now inheritable. This change supports the easier creation of new organizations/plans without requiring the additional step of setting up a marketing email address on each individual organization.
FIXED
- A bug in which the assessment subscores did not display when viewing an Assessment response set as a participant user has been resolved.
REMOVED
Resource Image Requirement
- With the updates to Resource display that are available with the enablement of the enhanced goals feature, the image requirement has been removed.
