Welcome Email Resend

• QRM Administrators now have the ability to resend welcome emails to all unregistered users that have been uploaded via eligibility file. Welcome email resend is initiated with a ‘SEND’ button on an organization’s App Config > Users > User Registration. Once clicked, a ‘Last Sent’ date will populate with the emails queued and sent to all users who have yet to register their account.

Resource Display

• A bug in which iFramed resources could cause a flashing display if the linked resource page had a transparent background.

REMOVED 

TLS 1.1 Support

• As a security update, Questis has deprecated support for TLS 1.1. With that, some older browser versions are also no longer supported. If a user attempts to access the platform with an unsupported / outdated browser version, they will be presented with a browser compatibility message indicating that an upgrade is necessary.

 

Please note that some very outdated browser versions (for example, Internet Explorer 8) do not even support the display of this upgrade message and the user will receive a browser error.
