NEW

Email Templates

• Drop down menus for quick access to preview and test custom email templates have been added. An email template owned by your organization can be edited, cloned, previewed, tested or deleted.

• Alternatively, a custom email template inherited by your organization can be cloned, previewed or tested.

Email Campaigns

• Send Now: The ability to create and immediately queue an email campaign for sending has been added with the ‘Send now’ option on campaign configuration.

• Campaign Results: A number of enhancements have been made to the display of email campaign results - 
• When the campaign was sent to a large number of organizations that list can be collapsed
• User organization has been added to the detailed list of results
• Open percentages have been rounded to always reflect round numbers
• Export support has been added to the detailed results list to download as a CSV

User Lists

• Organization and platform user lists have been updated to always display only active users by default. User list filtering options have been collapsed into a single drop down menu available at the top right.

Auto Deactivation

• When creating a new user, you have the ability to set a deactivation date at which that account will automatically be deactivated in a nightly job.
